Before joining the firm, Carly worked as an Administrative Assistant at a local restoration company, where she managed everything from invoicing and payment processing to contract drafting and client communication on large-scale projects. She also created financial tracking reports using Power BI and spent her days corresponding with insurance adjusters—which means she already knows how insurance companies operate and what it takes to hold them accountable. That experience translates directly to personal injury work, where dealing with insurance companies is something we do every day.

But what really makes Carly great at her job isn’t just her organizational skills or her ability to manage contracts and deadlines (though she’s excellent at both). It’s her psychology background. She gets that when someone’s been hurt, they’re not just dealing with medical bills and legal paperwork—they’re dealing with stress, uncertainty, fear, and sometimes trauma. Carly approaches every client interaction with genuine empathy and a commitment to making people feel heard and supported, not just processed.

Carly also spent over two years working as a server at a local restaurant, which might not sound relevant until you realize that managing a high-volume, fast-paced environment while keeping customers happy requires the exact same skills needed in a busy law office: multitasking, staying calm under pressure, and making people feel taken care of even when things get hectic. She even helped coordinate shift schedules and trained new employees, which is not surprising given her leadership qualities.

Carly is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and genuinely passionate about helping people during difficult times. She embodies Quinn Law Group’s core values of compassion and service—making sure every client feels supported, informed, and cared for throughout their case.

Originally from New Jersey (so yes, she’s tough), Carly is proud to be part of a firm that fights for people who’ve been harmed by someone else’s negligence. Whether she’s managing case files, coordinating with medical providers, or just checking in to make sure a client knows what’s happening next, Carly approaches every task with professionalism, care, and a genuine commitment to helping people get the justice they deserve.
