Most recently, she worked as a Pre-suit Property Damage Case Manager at Kanner and Pintaluga in Florida, where she managed between 60-100 clients, conducted initial client contact, collected essential documentation, and coordinated with insurance companies and referral sources. Her previous experience includes customer service roles at Coastal Waste & Recycle, where she handled approximately 100 phone calls daily, and The Home Depot, where she developed strong problem-solving skills and learned to assess customer needs while providing comprehensive assistance.
Blanca is currently pursuing her degree in Criminal Justice at Florida Atlantic University, building upon her high school diploma from Coral Springs High School. She has also earned a Social Media Manager Certification from Broward College, demonstrating her commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
