Ruby serves as a Bilingual Administrative Assistant at the firm, where she provides exceptional administrative and client support in both English and Spanish. In her role, she plays an integral part in the firm’s day to day operations by assisting with client communications, scheduling, document management, and office coordination. Known for her professionalism, organization, and compassionate approach, Ruby helps ensure that clients feel welcomed, informed, and supported throughout every stage of their legal journey.

Prior to joining the legal field, Ruby built a strong foundation in healthcare while working at a dermatology practice as both a Medical Assistant and Front Desk Receptionist. In this capacity, she gained valuable experience managing patient relations, coordinating appointments, verifying insurance coverage, maintaining medical records, and providing administrative support in a fast paced clinical environment. Her experience in patient care helped develop the empathy, communication skills, and attention to detail that continue to serve her well in her current role.
