But what really drives Mariami is advocacy work. She got her start at the Parliament of Georgia, where she helped draft her country’s first comprehensive code on children’s rights. That passion for standing up for vulnerable populations followed her to the United States, where she led advocacy campaigns with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice focused on disability rights in the criminal justice system. She organized workshops, partnered with legal professionals, and worked to make sure marginalized voices were heard—the kind of work that aligns perfectly with Quinn Law Group’s mission to level the playing field and give voice to the injured.
Mariami graduated Summa Cum Laude from Binghamton University with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development, earning Dean’s List honors throughout her studies. Her academic chops aren’t just theoretical—she led a STEM research project on improving Parkinson’s disease treatment that won first place and earned her team a trip to NASA Space Center in Houston.
When she’s not in the office, you’ll find Mariami volunteering with SUNY Kids, taking children from low-income families and foster care on weekend adventures—apple picking, bowling, and generally making sure they get to just be kids. She’s also fundraised winter clothes for underprivileged children in Georgia and supported animal welfare through PROJECT PAW, because apparently one cause isn’t enough.
Oh, and she speaks five languages: Georgian and English (both native), French and Russian (fluent), and Arabic (working on it). So if you call the office and hear someone effortlessly switching between languages, that’s probably her.
Mariami embodies Quinn Law Group’s core values of service, compassion, and being relentless in the pursuit of justice. Her multicultural perspective, genuine care for others, and attention to detail make her an invaluable part of our team—and a fierce advocate for our clients.
