Before joining the firm, Tom graduated summa cum laude from Westfield State University with a B.A. in Political Science & Law—and he did it in three years while catching for the Westfield State Owls varsity baseball team. If you’ve ever met a catcher, you know they’re the ones calling pitches, managing the defense, and staying calm when everything’s on the line. Those skills—communication, leadership, keeping your cool under pressure—turn out to be pretty useful when you’re helping people navigate one of the most stressful experiences of their lives.
Tom also spent a semester abroad in Amsterdam studying international law and criminology, and somehow found time to train with the Amsterdam Pirates and the Dutch National Baseball Team. We’re not saying he’s overachieving, but we’re not not saying it either.
What makes Tom great at his job isn’t just his attention to detail or his ability to stay organized when things get hectic – it’s that he genuinely cares about making people feel heard. He gets that calling a law firm can be intimidating, and that most people reaching out are dealing with pain, stress, and uncertainty. So he approaches every conversation with empathy and professionalism, making sure clients feel supported from the very first call.
Tom embodies Quinn Law Group’s core values of compassion and service—he’s not just taking down information; he’s helping people take the first step toward getting justice. And he’s not done growing. Tom plans to pursue a JD/MBA in the future, because apparently being really good at what he does now isn’t enough.
If you call our office and immediately feel like someone’s actually paying attention, that’s Tom doing what he does best.
