Eduardo started his career in the courtroom as an Assistant District Attorney in Nassau County, New York. He prosecuted thousands of criminal matters there, including domestic violence, sexual assault, and child abuse cases. That work gave him extensive trial experience and taught him how to stand beside victims through some of the hardest moments of their lives.
He then moved to the plaintiff side of civil practice. He spent several years at nationally recognized plaintiffs’ firms handling complex asbestos, mesothelioma, product liability, and mass tort litigation in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. He took on some of the largest corporations in the country at every stage of litigation. He worked closely with medical and liability experts and helped recover settlements ranging from several hundred thousand dollars to well over $2 million. Going up against well-funded defendants sharpened his trial skills, and today he brings that experience to work for Quinn Law Group’s injured clients.
Eduardo has spoken at legal seminars across New Jersey, including the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Asbestos Litigation Conference, the New Jersey Association for Justice Boardwalk Seminar, and the HarrisMartin New Jersey Asbestos Litigation Conference.
Outside the courtroom, Eduardo is a devoted husband and family man. He is an avid sports fan, coaches a youth soccer team, and trains in Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
